Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you call to cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment, you’ll be charged a $39 fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, the cancellation fee will be equal to a one-hour charge. Please see our TOS for our full cancellation policy.
Q: I see a transaction on my credit card before my appointment has taken place, what happened?
A: Prior to sending a technician we always verify card information by placing a temporary hold (much like a hotel) for the estimated amount of time your appointment will take. This is simply a pre-authorization, and is not a settled charge. Once your appointment is completed we will adjust your final bill according to the exact amount of time your technician spent on site. If your appointment took less time than the amount your card was authorized for, those additional funds will be released. If your appointment took longer than we estimated, you will see a second charge for the amount in excess of the original hold.
